3. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • name, business email address, company, role, and telephone number;
  • messages, support requests, demo requirements, and business inquiries;
  • account, billing, and contracting information; and
  • other information you choose to provide.

Technical information

Our hosting, security, and consented analytics systems may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, requested page, referring page, date and time, approximate region, and website interactions.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through a general contact form.

4. Client and service data

Customers may use 7XRMC services to upload, manage, deduplicate, secure, distribute, compare, or audit suppression files and related operational data. Depending on the service, this may include email addresses, hashed identifiers, domains, opt-out or complaint records, timestamps, campaign identifiers, affiliate information, and access records.

The customer generally determines why and how customer-controlled data is processed. Depending on applicable law, the customer may be the controller, organization, or business, while 7XRMC LLP acts as a processor or service provider.

We process this data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the contracted service; follow documented customer instructions; prevent misuse; and comply with law. We do not use client suppression files to independently market to the addresses contained in them.

  • Consent, including contact-form and analytics choices;
  • Contract and pre-contractual steps requested by you or your organization;
  • Legitimate interests in operating secure systems and managing business relationships; and
  • Legal obligations involving accounting, compliance, records, and lawful requests.

7. How we share information

8. Analytics, cookies, and local storage

This website includes an analytics preference panel. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager does not load unless you select Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the site continues to operate without loading those Google measurement tags.

When analytics is accepted and configured, Google may process page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referral or campaign parameters, and selected website interactions. We configure advertising-related consent states as denied and do not send contact-form contents, names, or email addresses to analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under a first-party preference key. You can reopen the panel using the Cookie settings link in the website footer and change your choice.

Standard server logs may temporarily record technical information for security, availability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for its identified purpose and for applicable security, backup, accounting, tax, dispute, legal, and contractual requirements.

Retention depends on the category, sensitivity, customer instructions, agreements, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict access until secure deletion is possible.

10. Security

Reasonable safeguards may include:

  • encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest;
  • role-based access and least-privilege permissions;
  • authentication, logging, monitoring, and abuse prevention;
  • backups, software maintenance, and vulnerability management;
  • confidentiality and security obligations; and
  • incident response and recovery procedures.

No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

11. International transfers

Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be subject to local laws and lawful access. Where required, we use contractual terms or other recognized transfer safeguards.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have rights to:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you;
